Chuck Pepka
CEO
Chuck is the owner of Renton Coil Spring Company and a third generation spring designer and manufacturer. He is a recognized leader in the design and development of titanium springs for the aerospace and performance racing industries. Chuck has co-authored 7 technical papers related to spring design and titanium springs, and is a regular contributor to Springs Magazine.
Andy Knebel III
COO
Andy has been at RCS since 1978. His specialties include new materials, experimental parts, and process improvement. In his previous roles as a tool and die maker and shop foreman, he has developed a strong understanding of what is done and what can be done to develop high performance springs. Andy serves on the advisory committee at Renton Technical College.
Todd Lantz
VP of Production
Todd has been at Renton Coil Spring since 1988. He is in charge of all production teams, and oversees the complete processing of all manufactured parts. Todd also coordinates and maintains all aspects of personnel issues, preparation and delivery of annual reviews, salary forecasting and performance documentation up to and including corrective action of any policy violation.
RCS is seeking a journeyman level automatic spring coiler. Applicant must have experience with single-point CNC, and mechanical 1, 11, 12, and 125 size machines (.006"-.275"). Must be competent producing torsion, compression, and extension style springs. Experience with wire forming quill type machines is a plus.
We are a lean shop (typical runs are 20 to 500 parts), so experience with standardized setup and quick changeovers is required.
A minimum of 5 years of setup experience is required. Compensation is at the top end of the pay scale for this position and a relocation package will be considered for a qualified individual.
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting AR/AP personnel to join our finance team. This individual will manage accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes, ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of financial transactions. The role requires accuracy, time management, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure that all financial data is recorded in a timely and correct manner. You'll be part of a small, multifaceted finance team, so your ability to succeed independently while also collaborating with others is key. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow in an accounting role while contributing to the financial health of a growing manufacturing company.
